At Blufera, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping terms below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Time & Costs

  • France (domestic orders): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days.

  • International (outside Europe): Estimated delivery within 7–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.


Delivery Issues

  • Blufera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Return & Refund Policy – Blufera

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return under the conditions below.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Any item returned damaged, used, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at blufera.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by Blufera.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at blufera.contact@gmail.com.


Non-Returnable Items
